Jack's new favorite book is Where the Wild Things Are... which, is one I remember from childhood and have rediscovered is as good as I remember. Jack talks about Max a lot and how he's a bad boy who doesn't get to eat (waffles, hamburgers, etc.). He yells "I'll eat you up!" and does a good job of "reading" the book on his own after we refuse to read it again - don't judge; one can only read a book so many times before you want to throw it away.

Jackson recognizes the story in the new movie version's trailer on TV, but we think that he's a little bit afraid of the Wild Things... so, doubt this will be his first movie. We'll stick to the book for a while.
