Jon's last day with US Cellular was Friday, January 11. We celebrated with steak dinner that night :) Then, on our first Saturday all together in some time, we made our way out to Baltimore to visit the National Aquarium. Sadly, with Jon working, we haven't done anything fun on the weekends in month!
It was a cold day and we got a bit lost in the B'more ghetto, but it was so fun to get out and about.
We are a bit of aquarium snobs and this one turned out to not be our favorite... it was also very dark, which freaked MG out a bit. My personal favorite place was in the rain forest area... it was humid and warm and bright... all things I could appreciate acutely in January!
Missy liked this area, too... it brought out her personality to say the least.
It was a great afternoon and I'm looking forward to more family outings as the weather improves and we have the time to spend together :)
